Growing up in rural Virginia and graduating with both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Liberty University, Pastor Barry Rice has a huge heart for the people of Greater Lynchburg. He met Christ while playing football in college and soon after met his beautiful wife, Christina, and they have since dedicated their lives to exalting the name of Jesus in all things. Together, they have 6 wonderful children. Pastor Barry and Christina have held several positions since God called them in the ministry 25 years ago, but most recently have spearheaded a church plant in Orlando, FL. They are excited for this new season in partnership with the Bells and are anticipating a powerful and life changing movement of God as He builds his church in Forest.

Brad is a graduate of Lynchburg Christian Academy in 1993, completing his undergraduate degree at James Madison University in 1997 and graduate work at Old Dominion University in 2000, receiving a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Brad has worked full time as a physical therapist since September 2000 in the Lynchburg/Bedford area. During this time, he answered the Lord’s call to ministry as an evangelist and has led the Power Source ‘Feats of Strength’ ministry team, where he spoke at many different venues and had the privilege of seeing thousands come to Christ. Brad continues to work locally in Forest and Bedford as a physical therapist, while serving the Lord in ministry a co-founding pastor at GO Church in Forest, VA. He has been married to his wife, Stacie, since July 1998, and they have two children, Braydon and Kylie.

Tim and Angie Witt have spent over half of their lives dedicated to serving the Lord through encouraging young people and partnering with parents to raise the next generation of God’s appointed leaders. Coming from a recent tenure of youth ministry, the Witt’s bring their seasoned experience to GO Church’s family ministries, which include: children, youth, and young adults. Tim currently serves in the local community as a banker and Angie, a trainer at Liberty University. They have two beautiful children and are excited to share their passion for empower young people and families with the hope of the gospel at GO Church.

With a passion for equipping and empowering ministries through the creative arts, Gabe and Cailah Garcia Lopez bring a collective 12 years of portable church planting experience to the table. Cailah most recently served as the Worship Director at a church plant in Orlando, FL, where her husband also served alongside her as the Technical Director. They enjoy having the opportunity to do ministry as a team and believe that through both the technical and creative arts ministries in churches, an atmosphere of undistracted worship can be ushered in that becomes a catalyst for teaching a lifestyle of surrender and honoring God. They are excited to join the team at GO Church and look forward to seeing God’s hand at work in the lives of the people of Greater Lynchburg. 

Brandon and Kenzy Catron Go Church Youth Directors

Youth Directors

Coming from families experienced in ministry and having served in ministry for many years themselves, Brandon and Kenzy Catron have a heart for engaging 6th through 12th graders. Through communicating the hope of the gospel in a fun and dynamic way, the Catron’s challenge their students to grow in their walk with the Lord, own their faith, and share it with others. Brandon, when he isn’t working with the youth of GO Church, serves in public service with the Bedford County Sheriff’s Department and Kenzy is a rock-star mom to their new addition, Brayley. Together, they are excited to have found their home and family at GO Church and feel honored to have the opportunity to pour into the youth.
